I had gone to McDowell to see Dr. Ashley during my time for my optometry residency in Philadelphia and I was beyond impressed by both Dr. Ashley and her office's staff. I have since moved home to central Pennsylvania right outside of Hershey, PA and I needed to have my records from McDowell sent over to my new dentist at home. Upon calling and speaking to Beth at the front desk, she immediately remembered who I was and even remembered where I was moving to (I have not been back to their office since March 2019 so it has been about 7 months since they last saw me). I was very impressed with Beth's professionalism and kindness over the phone, and if I ever move back closer to the area I will ABSOLUTELY be going back to see Dr. Ashley and all her great staff. (Including Rosemary! She is awesome!) Thanks so much for a wonderful experience McDowell, and for continuing to be kind and caring practitioners to your past patients. A++ grade from me!

I bring my family here- myself, my husband, and our daughter and every visit is a great experience. I feel like I know the staff and they know us. We are always welcomed in, and everyone is happy to work with you. My daughter who is a toddler is comfortable being there & the staff/Doctors are all so kind. Ive also been here for cosmetic treatment and the experiences have all been fantastic with wonderful results. I truly cant recommend this practice enough and hope if you are seeking a dentist for yourself or your family you'll consider this to be my glowing recommendation to do so.

Very professional and made me feel so comfortable I am a Veteran with severe PTSD and Dr Ashley made sure I was comfortable and it was trully one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dental office. They really take amazing care of their patients from the moment you walk in they make you feel at home I will continue to be a patient of theirs for life!

How often has anybody used the word "delightful" to describe an experience in a dental office? It truly is what comes to mind after my time at McDowell's today. Last night my tooth broke; this morning they found time to help me. It was just one quietly efficient and skillful member of the team after another, and a few hearty laughs along the way. Thanks!

I have had a great experience at McDowell Dental. Everyone there is very friendly and easy to deal with. They have convenient scheduling/hours. I haven't had to wait long to get called back for my appointment. I'm very glad I found them!
